Blacksmith bonus and rerolling set items

i would like a confirmation about blacksmith bonus and rerolling set item with the FG PNJ :
Can you confirm than rerolling create a full new item ? And so, we lose the blacksmith bonus from the craft

i did find the link and i would like be sure it’s still up to date

I was happy to finally drop M.ultos bp. I already have the set but i thought the ultimate goal was to drop the bp, and be able to craft each set piece with a blacksmith bonus. Ultimate customisation !

Whatever would be answer, thank you to all the guys writting the build guides and tutorials ! I’m a newbie, 200hours since ~3months with my ultos PS vindicator and i really enjoy the game and the forum.

no you can’t. The blacksmith bonuses disapear when you transmute set items

That’s what i feared. GD have so many possibilities and options that i immediately thought it possible. Thanks for the confirmation malawiglenn.

I would have liked it but that means more time for news charaters ! i cant wait to see what the news update will bring to the game
