S Tier
Kaylon - Good smith for specific craft or any legendary crafting due to the much rarer Stun and Freeze resist.
Egellon - Slow and Reflect Damage Reduction is also good, move speed bonus can also help for build that struggle to reach move speed cap.
A Tier
Etram, Bella, Algosia Fald - DA or OA here is a nice, still not the go to blacksmith for specific craft. Good enough for non specific or conduit craft.
B Tier
Gaius Ember - Good bonus here is Crit, but not any better than OA/DA bonus as it’s too low.
Angrim - Go for % Physique, mostly usefull for build that go cunning or spirit dumping.
Duncan - Same as Angrim, but the DA is can be useful too.
C Tier
Ignus - None of his bonus makes or break the build, better skip it.
F Tier
Valdrick and Hallena - I dont found resist bonus on smith that important, and the health value here is too low to be useful, better skip all Legion smiths.
Horrus and Garrius - Same reason as Legion Smith
you can’t craft items at these blacksmiths, you can only gamble, and afaik their pool doesn’t include craft legendaries like conduits etc and only place you can do so is GDstash
in general health regen only works on builds where you stack a lot of it
so on any regular build it would be worthless
physique on the other hand increases your stat to wear heavy armors, increases your health and defensive ability
but most often builds will want either slow res, stun res or freeze res from a blacksmith
I tend to use items crafted with stun or slow, if I feel their numbers are low. Otherwise %physique is pretty good, gives you some health and DA. Also can allow you to spend less points in physique to deal with armor requirements and focus on cunning or spirit. If you craft with Angrim, % armor isn’t that bad at all. Other bonuses seems more niche and stuff like pierce resistance - borderline useless.
