Looking for information on Blade Arc, mainly whether it scales with attack speed or still with cast speed, since I only found outdated posts on the subject.
An official statement on this would be very much appreciated.
Blade Arc scales with attack speed and always has.
Bloodrager = blade arc focused on bleeding dmg.
You could also try some combination of wildblood/bloodrager.
