Hello everyone, I wanted to ask you which class is stronger, both for SR and Crucible. My question is to create a Blademaster or a Dervish.
Depends, what kind of damage you want to play? Blademaster with Belgo set is very cool doing pierce. Also possible to go cold with Deathmarked. Dervish is more or less limited to acid damage with Venomblade set.
I like both perforation and poison, there is my doubt which is better
Do you have the gear? Whatever gear you have then go with that class. If you don’t have gear for both then go with whatever your gut tells you. There’s no telling which drops first. If you have gear for both or you gdstash then you can easily try both.
Absolutely blademaster. Dervish Venomblade gotta use non-acid devotions (like DMT’s one, search “doombaby”) to be viable even for crucible now. Dervish in SR set is great but everything in SR set is great, and blademaster is better.
Anyway for beginners it’s totally blademaster. Getting a dervish to endgame farming shape is way more difficult.
Infiltrator is pretty damn good too for pierce, and for levelling
Except you feel like a caster instead of a melee build:(
No more so than a DW Nightblade build ever feels. It all depends on how you build it.
What I hate is that infiltrator wants seal most of the time. And standing there waiting for people to come isn’t how I wanna play melee. At least the other nightblade classes don’t do that.
For SR, Seal is irreplaceable. In Crucible you can skip it at your own risk.
I love Trickster but there you have wind devils casting and also are little bit glassier.
SS in. Drop your seal. Wreck some pixels.
Eyeballing the situation and then positioning yourself appropriately should be enough to minimize any possible downtime and allow you to get the most bang for your buck with the seal while allowing you to retain a sense of mobility.
This is my character currently, and I am being cast very easily
