Hey fellas, I’m sitting here thinking I have one more build in me left to try before I take a break before xpac, based on the only damage type I’ve yet to try “bleed”. I figure it’s gotta be either warder or trickster but am lost on how to build it. Is trickster a dead combo? I don’t see to many builds with trickster. Maybe I’m just unlucky with the items I have to support dual wield bleed but I do have bloodrage set that heavily buffs blade arc and savagery. So my question is what is the better combo to shoot for, for a bleed heavy build thanks
If you already have the Bloodrager set I’d go Warder, and even if you didn’t I’d probably go Warder regardless. Transmuted Blade Arc when leveled deals by far the most base bleed damage out of any source in the game. You can pair it with Savagery/Feral Hunger for even more Bleed, or Cadence to magnify your flat Bleed damage by 400%.
Bleed Trickster is just OK. There’s a build done on it and you can clear Ultimate content with it, but as you can see if you check out the build it basically does the same thing as a Warder but with 2 weapons and less optimally.
If you’re interested in another take on Bleed builds, I put together a Witch Hunter build that is a Bleed caster. It’s also Ultimate viable, but like a true caster build it’s a bit squishy. But you don’t need to ever be in melee range of anyone so you can pop abilities and kite till your hearts content. I haven’t updated the guide in forever but if you’re interested I can answer any questions you have and update it a bit.
