Blight Fiend and Wendigo's Mark

Hello. A question regarding the Blight Fiend. I binded Wendigo’s Mark to it. I see it it proc, but the Blight Fiend never heal itself from its effects. Is this normal? Any reasons?

Wendigo mark only heals based on the damage done by the skill, not the damage of blight fiend’s attacks. Pets usually have a lot of HP so the healing is not very noticeable.
