What level do Blue items and above start showing up? I’m level 16 and still have not seen any yet, i thought it was level 10.
Also i think i messed up the Luther Graves quest, he did not go back to Devils Crossing, and when i talk to him the only option is to say “Help is on the way.”
If anyone can help me it would be great, thank you.
Lowest item-lvl for epics is 14, I believe, so you’re just a bit unlucky. Also, there are one-shot chest in the game that guarantee one epic, so as long as you keeep exploring you should find one.
About Luther, did you knock open his cage?
