since it deals weapon damage, is it based of attack speed instead of cast speed?
Was considering making a bone harvest/devouring swarm kinda build.
Had the same question today tested it with pair of gloves, one +10% AS other +12% CS. Set Bone harvest to left click to see dps easily.
Well, strangely enough dps stayed the same with no gloves at all or either of two on. Either it’s unaffected by both AS/CS or dps display/skill is currently bugged.
ok, i seem to recall reading something about a caster build using it and hence thought it was with cast speed but can’t find it so not sure if i was just dreaming or something.
Normaly i seem to remember skills with a lot of weapon damage use attack speed instead but wasn’t sure if it was still the case, or if i remembered wrong or whatever 
I think it’s a spell, since you can use it with pistols and whatnot.
Is the point moot, because it is limited by a cool down, not by either casting or attack speed? Doesn’t matter how many times you can cast or attack per second, if you still have to wait three seconds before you can use it again
heh didn’t think about that. it should matter very little then.
