Boning huge jugs!

Awe yeah!

…actually, not as exciting as it sounds… basically I’m attaching pieces of the 3d mesh to “bones” so that it can interact with the physics system when smashed. Its weird… how is it that I’m the boss but I get all the shit jobs?

We put in a bunch of new breakable containers though and it will all be worthwhile once I get to go in and smash them up!

Two things come to my mind, either a volunteer or a bad lot drawn?

Nice, though the picture looks more like some crazy space boobs. But I guess it’s just my immature Friday imagination. =))

I was going to say the same thing.

More destructable shit is great. You can bet I’ll be having a blast if there is a room filled with destructable containers, enemies and room for some damaging skills and creating all sorts of havoc and mayhem.

I hope there’s a lot of junk in those jugs… wait… that’s wrong.

Items… precious items.

hey, if you are willing to make me an intern, I would be happy to do your job for you

Like building a card-house and happily making it fall apart, except you only have to build it once, and it doesn’t break if you sneeze.

Next step: Build a house out of destructible jugs and fire cannon balls at it.

I would gladly volunteer, get the shit jobs and be payed in bread and moldy cheese.

Okay I pictured something entirely different but I still like what I see.^^

You are the boss. You know what bosses do right? They delegate. There is a wonderful saying in German but it is impossible to translate.

(For those who understand German)
“Wer denkt, dass Zitronenfalter Zitronen falten, denkt auch, dass Geschäftsführer Geschäfte führen.”

I expect rupees to come out of smashed jugs.

Yay! Things to destroy!

It’s because the company is too small. Once Grim Dawn 2 is in the works (after a massive success with the first) you’ll be able to just sit back and tell the minions what to do :stuck_out_tongue:

you know what they say, you must serve to be the boss.

one question though. won’t a lot of rubble and pieces scattered everywhere contribute to unneeded lag?

although an interactable environment makes it more realistic and fun:D!

I also say some kind of weird space boobs, but I also have a very active imagination, so I can dream up a lot

but looking good so far

Unless you’re playing on a GameBoy, your CPU will probably handle it without breaking a sweat.

Ragdolls, equipment, potions, etc. rolled around on the ground after you killed something in TQ.
This shouldn’t be any different.

And what is “unneeded lag”?
Weighing FPS against pretty effects is a subjective matter and can often be handled through game options.

Edit: Oh man, I sound very negative… Uh… Have a nice weekend!

Just for the hell of it I decided to run the saying through Google translate, here’s what it came up with
Anyone who thinks that fold Brimstone lemons, also thinks that lead managing business:rolleyes:
How I love translating things with free programs, you get all sorts of funny sayings.

One saying I like is “The mark of a good Leader is Delegation.” Of course I also like the idea of Leading by example so it comes down to what my job is, if I’m a boss I go for the first, If I’m a worker I prefer the second.

Actually it is not that far off  That is the problem with plays on words, they do not translate. Here is a slightly better translation

One who thinks that a ‘lemon folder’ [that is the german name for the brimstone butterfly] is folding lemons also thinks that a business leader is leading business.

ION: Can we have an exploding-head smilie?

It’s very possible to translate. According to Google translate, that means:

“Anyone who thinks that fold Brimstone lemons, also thinks that lead managing business.”

Haha yeah I thought so. Well the whole meaning is lost in translation.
Basically a “Zitronenfalter” is a butterfly. The directly translated name would be lemon-folder (from “to fold”). Geschäftsführer is basically the boss or CEO or whatever, literally translated business leader.
The saying is a pun on the “lemon-folder” meaning:

who believes that lemon-folders are folding lemons, also believes that “business-leaders” lead businesses.
