Hey everyone!
As someone who doesnt have that many chars at 100, i noticed on all 3 of my chars i choose to “save” Ugdall, and now, according to what grimtools is tellin me, he could be the best bet to farm Bound Wraith. 
Can anyone give me feedback if this is true? What are your experiences? How you farm Bound Wraith?

In the bottom of that item description, you have listed monsters that drop it.
A quick little farming route is to start in covens refuge and run over to janaxias den. I made a habit out of farming her a couple of times with every character, because she dropped a lot of nice things for me. Point is, outside of her den 4 wraiths usually spawn and inside you’ll find at least 4 more, sometimes a hero. It only a takes a couple of minutes, so it’s very repetitive. Maybe someone could point you to some more spawn points to incorporate into the route.
