Right? I’m half asleep right now and drawing a blank, but didn’t shaman come out before devotions were even released. I could understand if it was an older build and only had 5 classes with no devotions, but how the hell do you get only 5 devotions?

Lmao Ikr? 5 Devotions… You can’t even complete one constellation and get a proc skill with just 5 dev points (you need at least 6!). Dude should take that DVD case back to the street market and throw it at the vendors head. With much force. And then say, Proc that you jerkoffs!

I think it’s because most Russian seas must be very cold, so pirates don’t like to be out for a long time, thus the try to do their thing fast, not thorough.
Protection sounds far fetched, but it could also be true.
I suppose it’s possible that at the time of Devotion implementation the protections also maybe limited you to 5 masteries as well. I bet he couldn’t do quests or fight major bosses either.
Still, it’s clear that the Russian street market pirates are not aware that their bootlegs are severely out of date. Either that or they have no respect for their customers and simply don’t care.
