with the latest PT bringing some drastic and welcomed changes (I’d even say it sorta caused an… upheaval), I wanna mention another skill that could definitely use some love. and that is Mandingo Totem.
it offers both LL and flat but in a tiny radius, so, while playing SR, you need to constantly replace it under yourself and be vary not to make an extra step. this is what genuinely irritates me.
I think lowering the cooldown a bit (to 4.5 or 4 sec) and then increasing its radius (I’d say, doubling it) will make this skill less tedious to play around.
So much yes. It would also be a welcome change for anyone dreaming of somehow using it as a damage source (again, sad that Spectral Warmaul is losing the 100 % TDM, could have been funny). Also the fact that the heal doesn’t proc unless an enemy is standing within the damage radius makes it awkward for any ranged build or hypermobile melee build. Either enemies aren’t within the radius, or the player keeps relocating out of it.
That would be great, no reason for it to have such low qol. I would also add that it still has lower damage reduction value compared to Bloody Pox on Dark One set, so if those could be evened out for Dark Ones that use one or the other it would be amazing.
Same as inq seal then. I do wonder does the buff you get also last a few seconds, same as seal? I discovered recently that it actually gives you a buff that lasts even if you step out for a second or two, making it slightly less annoying to use
Maybe the small radius was meant to be a trade-off for the buff. But yes, I agree that the radius should be buffed.
I think the real tragedy is that the skill doesn’t do much if there is no enemy nearby, like someone else mentioned.
