Bug? Prismatic Rage inconsistency and time discrepancy 9.7+9.8

prismatic rage, atleast the icon, seem to have a way longer duration than the skill indicates
9.7 GoG - no grim internals
buff start 09

3sec left notification 22 =at least 13secs gone

expiry/CD sets in 16-17secs later after start

repeat after restarting etc

steam 9.8 - with Grim Internals
buff start at 11

buff expires/cd begin 30secs = 19sec duration

it also doesn’t seem to be even consistent; sometimes it does follow the timings
buff starts at 02

expires/cd sets in at 11

it almost seem to be a bit random, but also as if related to running away/avoiding follow up dmg from the triggered hit, tho sometimes the 8sec timer still sets in immediately

I think I noticed something similar with the Shattered Realm set’s proc. The activation icon seemed to just linger without indicating any time elapsing at random.

yea, random i think is sorta “key”
at first i thought it maybe was just an ingame timer issue, what’s it called alpha time or delta timer whatever?, so maybe it wasn’t 1:1 close with the system clock
but then it became sorta obvious the larger and larger the time discrepancy became, and couldn’t just be related to a small time sync difference
like, sometimes the buff, or atleast icon is there for a huge amount of time extra before CD sets in

I recently noticed there’s something off with this and some skills too. Maybe I can make some video

An oversight in how some of those on life triggers were set up. Will fix it.
