The icon popped up right as winter started. No other obvious triggers or steps. Most of my storages are not full, there is plenty of vault room fir gold (none transferred to or from before this happened), TP has very little gold on hand right now.
Honestly not sure what the repro steps would be, since I did not notice or do anything unusual- just playing the same way I always do.

you can’t fill the trading post to max. (currently) I have like 60K of items in mine but the icon has always been there from year 1 for me.
