Hi guys, just wanted to create a short post with my build idea of doing acid wind devils + guardians as the main source of my dmg with acid spray as a skill i use. I have posted a very barebones GT link with the items I am planning to build around, skills + devotions done also.

That weapon is impossible to drop. You will be lucky to have one Acid or all damage affix on it but also unlikely. And with Vitality rings your damage is going to be quite bad. Acid Oathkeepers have very strong relic - Meditation. It’s a better choice than Deathstalker there.
Your devotions are also suboptimal - three points in Toad is definitely a waste. But not going for Abomination on a %damage starved build is a bigger waste.
By the way, Maelstrom can only be converted globally, so conversion from the Conduit only converts Wind Devil’s main node which is kinda useless since it doesn’t stack between Wind Devils (Maelstrom does).
Overall this build if assembled perfectly will be only be good for some low level endgame challenges. And if assembled poorly it will go even less far.

Not an Archon and a fairly old build now, but the acid version of this by Contragor might give you some ideas for your build.

So is Maelstrom converted with Wind Devils mods now? Or was it always converted and we just thought wrong.
ONLY the Conduit can, and could. Other modifiers couldn’t, Morgoneth and Cyclone. But the two don’t have lightning conversion now in v1.2.1.6.
How does that even work 
This build is probably the closest to what you are looking for. [1.1.7.0] Chonky Dervish - a poison stacking beefcake - Grim Dawn / Classes, Skills and Builds - Crate Entertainment Forum Unfortunately the hammer cannot roll with poison and acid mods unless you GDstash it. You will need to do something else like pandemics converted to acid damage or blightlord.
It would be pretty easy to switch out nightblade for the shaman. The big downside is acid rr to using the shaman.
