Yo también tengo ese problema y similares. Me piden que construya más edificios de esos cuando sólo está un área al 90% y los otros dos espacios totalmente vacíos.
This means all 3 bins are full and are currently composting. The nightsoil collector cannot deposit more waste to turn into compost in this building.
However, there is no longer a cap on the compost yard, so nightsoil collectors continue to work. It’s just the any excess waste goes to…waste.
