Building windows mysteriously require scrolling

Previously, whenever I opened a building the full building menu would display for most buildings with no scrolling required. I’m not sure if my cat walked on the keyboard and pressed a button or something, but now whenever I open a building only a small part of the building menu displays and I have to scroll, despite having ample space on screen for a larger building window.

I’ve played dozens of hours without encountering this and it’s driving me insane. I’m not sure if it’s a bug or if I accidentally enabled something via hotkey but I need to get full building windows back.

Same problem. Building windows used to open where you were scrolled to last. Now they open at the top each time and you have to scroll down. Nothing major, just annoying, especially when you want to manually do a stat check on all of your productions chains.
