Hello,
I started a new map, and on it residential buildings are not updated to the second level. Materials are there, builders are free, all conditions are met. It used to happen automatically, but now there are arrows and nothing else happens.
This map is different only in one - I build very close to the camp of brigands. Maybe a bug because of this? Although it spread to all buildings, none of them improved.
All I could do was to restart the save, the game and the computer - no change.
Hope this can be fixed somehow.
