Okay, I have by now done multiple settlements and have become familiar with the mechanics of this game. This time, though. Something confounding is happening. I’m at Tier III, and have 9 houses that have upgraded to Large Homes. Then, further upgrading has now stopped. I’ve looked through multiple homes. All have more than met the prerequisites. There is a surplus of Builders and Laborers. There is plenty of material available. The population keeps growing, but homes have all stopped upgrading, even the lower level ones. Is this some sort of new glitch or am I missing something?
Did you inadvertently turn off auto upgrading (top right of the screen)?
