As depicted in the image above, the “buy new stash tab” button stays pressed down until you hover the mouse over the stash window again. When the popup is closed with the “okay” button, it is depressed immediately.
I also just noticed when you have more then 10 unspent attribute points, it clips over the word “attributes”.
