Should be a rather general discussion about those skills if playing physical/internal trauma WPS Warlord builds.
What are your thoughts about pros and cons?
In which case (build) you would choose the one over the other?

RF for Retaliation definitely. For DW melee Cadence, for shields depends. I personally will take both on S&B build. For 2H build… Blade Arc

Consecration is the main thing that draws me to RF. And the fact that Cadence 3rd strike cannot proc WPS. Also Consecration gives me roughly that amount of resistance which i would have to overcap.
Deadly Momentum vs the Attack Speed from Consecration in regard to DPS is what i cannot grasp atm.
No general answer. Depends on the build. In vacuum Cadence has more dmg, of course, but phys Cadence is meh, 2H phys Cadence is ultra-meh.
I think DW phys Cadence can be strong, but it’s an intricate build and can only work if you are aware of how armor behaves and can do some calculations.
All in all, if you want a phys Warlord, i’d say pick your core gear first and build off that. For instance if you can stack enough of Retribution, RF can be very good. Or if you are short on skills RF can also work better than Cadence.
