I have no camera rotation in FF. The middle mouse button does not rotate the camera view. The middle mouse button works elsewhere on my computer.
Same problem here.
The issue does not depend on the mouse. Middle Mouse works in other programs. Also several mouses show the same problem. More users face this problem since google shows numerous threads elsewhere.
I had the same issue. Discovered it was press and hold scroll wheel (middle mouse) and then move the camera.

Are you able to use your WASD keys to move the camera around?
I haven’t been able to use my mouse to zoom the camera or WASD keys. Esc doesn’t work either.
I did solve the issue by making the game.exe run as administrator but that removes the functionality of steam UI i.e. I can’t take screenshots with F12.
This only happens in this game. I hope Crate can solve the problem or come up with a solution so we get full control back without losing Steam functionality.
Alt-tabbing out and back in again also works for me as I’ve just found out.
Wait what? We are supposed to be able to rotate the camera? That would be a nice feature, as there are many times I wanted to look at something from another angle that is hidden behind foliage, as all I have now is move right/left/up/down and zoom in/out… no rotation.
Yes, you just hold middle mouse and move the mouse to move the camera around.
