Im waiting for poe patch, so i wanted to finish grim dawn campaign. Which build is cheap and fun to play? (strong ofc which not endgame items).
Btw. i dont want summoners - for me its boring 
in Ultimate? Check out Nery’s and Stupid Dragon’s builds
If you dont care about endgame just decide on what playstyle you fancy.
e.g.
Melee 2hander: Forcewave Soldier (Death Knight), Primal strike Shaman (warder)
Melee sword and board Soldier (Warlord / Death Knight)
Spinning wheel of death Oathkeeper (Warlord) - problems will be energy regen early on
Dual wield melee Nightblade (Blademaster / Infiltrator / Trickster)
Guns Inquisitor (Tactician / Purifier)
Shield Throw Oathkeeper (Paladin / Sentinel)
Pets - Occultist (Conjurer)
Casters:
Ravenous Earth vitality caster Necromancer (Oppressor/Cabalist/Ritulaist)
Cold rune caster Inquisitor (Vindicator)
Lightning caster Shaman (Vindicator)

propably im looking for some caster which will freeze enemies
Well, most bosses can not be frozen
But if you are content with running just through normal: Aracnist (Druid) with Olexra Flash freeze, trozan sky shards and some wind devils

Can you answer if you wanna play Normal difficulty only?
yep, only normal
You can play Templar with Olexra and fire Aegis and Vire might.You will freeze a lot of mobs and heroes,lower their fire RR and then just smash them.
