I will be getting FoA on Xbox when it comes out. I do have all the supporter packs for Grim Dawn on Xbox (my preferred platform of play). While the only way to play the berserker class right now is on PC so I got FoA on Steam. Sadly controller set up took me all weekend last week to get it to work and the new patch just messed it up and nothing will work for me now.
I have tried to refund the DLC Fangs of Askertan. It said I was past the 2 hour mark so will not get it. I find that unfair since I had to spend hours trying to get the game to work with a controller.
I did buy it on GOG hoping it would work for me and I love to say I am having no issues playing with a controller and changing the in game options as well.
The reason I am asking for a refund is just a respect thing. Too many companies release a game early without testing and or not caring about what bugs are in the game and how the game works and makes me feel like we as gamers are not respected and just a commodity as we were like cattle or what not . For some reason I believe Crate respects us as players. I could be wrong but I really believe they want us to have the best experience and fun we can have.
Since I am having a blast finally playing the GOG version, I wanted to buy more of the supporter Grim Dawn DLC on GOG but still have that sour part of me being upset and all time lost trying to play the Steam version. So I am asking if I can get a refund on Steam for FoA so I can buy the rest of the supporter DLC on GOG.
I know, it’s a little over $20 Canadian, and will not really make a difference money wise, but respect wise it is a lot.
