Asking for this guy, there’s a large chunk of flat cold getting wasted and damage already isn’t anything spectacular despite great rr, supported wps, class synergy etc. Yeah I know it’s not properly optimized yet but there’s definitely no way to convert that juicy cold (which is bugging me terribly) and the belt makes the most sense to get it.
