It’s tool tip indicates that restores 600 hp per second to Stormcaller’s Pact. But it’s not directly reflected in the health regen table as it looks in the screenshots. Does this health restoration mechanic works in some different way?
It just does what it says - restores health every second. But it’s separate from regen so won’t be affected by “health regen increased by x%”
