Can`t open path Kruu`sul Crags

Hello,

Im in elite difficuly and trying to craft the "Magma Orb" to open the path to Kruusul Crags, but the altar reject the “inert sphere”, even after I feed it more than 20 tainted meat.

This didnt happened to me in normal mode though, I could open the path without any problem.

I tried closing and opening the game, finishing the FA story and even droping the inert sphere and buying another one.

Im using a Primalist with mandates on every faction but Kymon chosen, Kurn and Nokturari, He doesnt have a savior merit.

There should be an option at the Altar when you have both an Inert Sphere and 10 Tainted Meat in your inventory to give both.

Yes! That was it, it seems this time I didnt reach 10 tainted meat before interacting with it.
