With items, such as Winter’s King helmet or 2-handed sword…? All possible answers are greatly appreciated, cuz I and my friend are truly confused about this.
% bonuses from items are usually not converted. That is only the case with flat damage.
afaik the only chance of converting % bonuses is, if they are in the skill tree. (%fire damage from retribution for example)
