There is no challenge here.
Mostly you are fighting against your mouse cursor, so you can target anything other than that hideous thing.
The texture is heckin’ ugly when it’s upscaled like this.
The other gimmicky shards (maggots, gazer, logs etc) either are cute/funny or have an interesting twist on existing game mechanics.
This one has no redeeming qualities.
I am always tempted to just alt-F4 out of this shard.
i like Seeker map, because it reminds me Arcanist builds are “busted” buffed with a single skill point; Nulli seekers shield and insta kill it, while other scrub classes have to wait
i wonder if the fight could be made more interesting by having the shield be a limited absorb value/turtle type shield instead of the 99?% amount, so it becomes like a layered dps race, non arcanist builds can get rewarded in shield phase too - but you still get “punished” with the wait/fight extension if you dont’ manage to kill it before shield is back up again
I don’t mind the Seeker, but the trap treasure room was only fun the first time.
Personally, I would like more bosses in the SR and maybe remove or rework the multi-phase bosses. If Kuba and Moosi can only have one form, why does Krieg and Karroz still have the full fight??
I just wanna, once again, say REMOVE SUNDER (or make it easier to spot… hard to see many telegraphs when entire screen is filled with cluttering effects)
This is one of the reasons I like Nullification as a skill in general.
It can remove annoying enemy buffs such as Mad Queen’s enrage, Valdaran’s aura, and Darius Cronley’s barrier. It can also stop things like the Crate’s meteor.
However, it is not universal.
It does not work on this creature’s shield and Fabius’ Blade Barrier.
would depend on when it was i suppose, tho i feel like when i tested a bunch of arcanist gunners last year the bubble still disappeared,/post 1.2
Maybe it changed when Seekers health got reduced? - or there is some graphical bug on my end, because it’s not the only bubble Nulli has removed in my game
More than the fight itself I mind the timer tax it comes with. If summons killed there at least gave timer I wouldn’t mind having this DPS check/targetting check included every now and then.
alright, so i just tried going all the way back to 9.8 (and i know it wasn’t that far back last ), and the shield is still set to dispel immune back then.
I’ve no idea what it could be then, because 310% i’ve insta killed seeker, more than once, on arcanists right after entering room : /big blue globe disappearing immediately + fast Seeker room kinda stands out
Maybe a glitch in one specific patch? Wouldn’t be out of the question, if people tried dispelling and it didn’t work, they wouldn’t bother trying ever again so a bug would go unnoticed by a large percentage of players. Tho I guess Ulo would still make it happen on accident.
