I’m playing a physical Shieldbreaker at the moment. I thought it would be cool to stack Ulzuin’s Wrath to 22/12, but there’s not that many skill bonuses for that, and they’re all on fire and lightning items.
Please add an item that converts Vindictive Flame(and Ulzuin’s Wrath) to physical. And sprinkle some bonuses to Wrath on various items, but especially on physical items.
It doesn’t work the way you think, otherwise it would be a must have skill in any build. Ulzuin’s Wrath is a side effect of Vindictive Flame: if Vindictive Flame is triggered and there’re ranged enemies in Ulzuin’s Wrath’s area of effect, they will take damage.
Also converted VF’s/UW’s damage is now affected by armor, so you will have to try very hard to increase the damage to decent values, and UW’s dmg can only be increased by retaliation damage.
That seems like more reasons to make it easier to stack. More skill levels means more damage!
