Can we put the hotkeys of our our skills to other letter keys on the keyboard?

I’m a player who is only used to using the numbers 1 - 6 (main typing keypad) for using my skills. I have difficulties using the numbers 7 - 0 on the keyboard because of my small hand so I can’t use them properly.

So is it possible to change certain number hotkeys (7, 8, 9, and 0) to letter keys (the letters R, T, Y, and U in this example) provided that the letter keys don’t have a specific function yet?

If it is not yet possible, do you think a change like this could be useful to other people experiencing the same problem?

You can change pretty much all hotkeys at the options menu ingame.

If you have a gaming mouse and really tiny thumb you can pretty much play with one hand.

Reasons you would want/need to play one handed are left as an exercise to the reader.

I do this with my Razer Naga and I don’t need small fingers. It’s a very comfortable way to play.

I use a Razer Naga Hex and Hex V2. I agree, it’s the best way to play.
