Can you become friendly with Barrowholm after becoming hostile?

So, I decided to do AoM at Ultimate level first and I became hostile with Barrowholm. My question is, can I become friendly with them at Normal or Elite, where I haven’t done AoM yet, and gain access to their goods after making them friendly and if yes, will it make the Coven my enemies?

Not sure if it works in this way, since I was hostile on normal and friendly on elite but yeah, somehow you can. It doesn’t change anything with the coven.

On each difficulty, you can choose to do things differently - same as with Anastheria or Kymon’s Chosen/Death’s Vigil. They will have an option saying that “we are already allies/enemies, do you want the same?”.

I’m having this problem. I joined their faction on Elite, played on Normal and made them hostile but now they’re hostile on Elite and I can’t complete the quests I have for them.
