So for context, I’ve got a T2 town center with 196 pop (I should have upgraded ages ago…), playing on easy mode.
At some point, I began getting a message saying “No gold storage” and that I therefore can’t store any ingots. As a result, I make 0 gold per turn, and for some reason, I seem to lose gold sometimes as well (I’m definitely sure that I’m not constructing anything new or adding any new services but I’m not 100% sure there isn’t a legitimate reason for me to be losing gold).
I’ve tried clearing out my trading post of any gold so I know I have storage for gold available, but I’m still having the issue.
It’s impossible for me right now to collect gold to go to T3 and build a vault because gold won’t collect at all. I guess the only solution for me is to sell enough things to traders to get the necessary gold, or to
wait for iron in the trading post and make a vault first, but I was wondering if there’s a better solution for what’s going on/wondering why this issue is even happening.
It’s a bad storage design. You will have 3 types of storage
-first one that you will build to unlock other 2
-one small that will store edible stuff
-and another one for general storage, this one will also store all your gold, at least the one that shows on top right corner. This one is probably full, so that’s why you’re receiving this message, by building another will solve the issue. The vault is not really necessary as long you can protect those 2 against raiders.
