Cannot remap my keybinds

Tried to remap a few things when 1.2 dropped and it’s just not working.

First I tried completely unmapping the ‘Pause’ function from ‘Spacebar’ (just using ‘ESC’ to pause game when I open the menu) and mapping ‘Evade’ to ‘Space’. But when I hit ‘OK’, it reverts the changes. So I tried remapping the Mana Pot from ‘E’ to ‘/’ so I could put Evade to ‘E’. Again, I hit ‘OK’ and it just reverts the changes.

I am playing through Steam. Not sure what else to do, as these two options are really the only ones that are viable for my playstyle…I can’t comfortably hit another button in combat.

If settings are not saving, then the game is unable to access the keybindings.txt file.

This is either a file permissions issue, or an issue with software such as antivirus.

I had the same problem after updating to 1.2.
Turned off my antivirus and it works now.
Strange though it was working normally before 1.2

easy fix (for some) seem to just be to delete the keybinds.txt file in documents/mygames/grim dawn/settings folder
then start game again

*well if you delete the options.txt it resets your game settings, kebind txt just resets kebinds
