Saw pit and storehouse both built and Town Center is tier 2. I tried moving both buildings, save/quit and restart, but trading post remains grayed out and locked 
Are you sure you either A) don’t already have one in town and B) built a Stockyard instead of a Storehouse?
I already started over so I cant be totally positive about the but i checked the wording carefully several times, I will update you if it happens again. I know I had the correct buildings however whether I had already started a different trading post I cant be totally sure since i deleted save. Thanks for speedy reply and good new game!
I am having the same issue, tier2 town center, saw pit and storehouse but trading post is still showing locked out. I have even built a second storehouse in case
Update. I’m an idiot. I already have a trading post so I guess you can only build one.
I really don’t remember building it, but it’s there. Probably a symptom of building long after I should have gone to bed 
Suggest the tooltip should say we are limited to one instead of saying the requirements are not met though.
This is what I see when trying to build after forgetting I have one already…
Can you share a screenshot of your town? And the build pane with the requirements.
