Cant enter Sanctum of the Flesh

Hey fellow grim dawners.

i have a problem i cannot fix myself… i already finished the game on ultimate quite a few times with my character and am now in the process of farming kriegs set. But for some reason i cant enter the sanctum of the flesh after killing krieg and all the other bosses in the fleshworks. It says “The heart (locked)”.
Does anybody have any idea why that might be?

You must kill two bosses: Hagalvar, the Bone Monger - near the door to the Sanctum of Flesh and Rodalgar, the Flesh Collector - east side to get the door unlocked.

Ive cleared the whole thing a few times and have had that door locked. I do think it bugs sometimes. We also play in MP so maybe its a sync issue possibly.

Will take a screenshot if/when it happens again.
