Just wondering if my game is bugged, his not there.
can anyone post a screenshot of his location? do you need a quest to unlock the vendor?

There you go! He was not there until I became “Respected” with Barrowholm. It doesn’t seem to be quest related, because the vendor didn’t show up after I did that quest about the witch.
im honored with barrowholme already and his not there at all…
I think he doesn’t pop in until you progress in the faction’s questline. I couldn’t find him at first either.
He should be in that blacked out area

You need to do the quest to deal with Larria first. In my game until I did that the vendor didn’t show up, despite being respected.

I’d suggest to the developers that they make the roof of the house he is in invisible, because he is really easy to miss - usually when you are running around that area the roof is visible and obscures him until you enter.
