Can't find health or energy vials

I’ve been playing Grim Dawn off and on for many years now, at least 5, and really love it!. I have an Arcanist at level 66. I’ve just started it up after taking a break for months and now I cannot find any health or energy vials in my inventory, and can’t find anyone to buy them from. Presently I’m in Fort Nikon. What’s up?

They are no longer used. Bottom, center of the screen are 3butonz, 2 of them are for mana and healing. The last is for a new ability. I suggest reading the list of latest changes
