I have a problem. Yesterday, I was playing just fine with my wife and was enjoying 1.2.1 to its fullest.
Now, after the hotfix, my NORTON-Antivirus thing concluded that Grim Dawn is a bad program and wouldn’t let me play any LAN-related games. No games were shown in my LAN-tab.
After deactivating certain rules it would let me connect to another internet-host, but my LAN-tab is still empty. And we always play via LAN and have so for the last… dunno, like 6 years without any issue.
Please help. If you want any specifics, please let me now since I don’t know what kind of information I need to share in order for you to help me / us. Also, move this to another forum corner if the current one is not suited for that.
To the best of my knowledge Microsoft Defender is capable enough while causing less problems with intrusive behavior. My suggestion is to reconsider whether you even need a 3rd party antivirus.
i have absolutely no clue where in the Norton interface you’d do that
usually antivirus tools have either a global whitelist/exclusion list available in menu/settings or it’s under the X protection suite, ex firewall or filescan shield etc
if you’re not familiar with the interface/options of Norton you’d probably have to google where it’s located
