This one completely flew pass my radar, it’s being around since 2018.
The skull in the logo reminds me of Shadowrun.
We don’t get any/many sci-fi ARPGs. Every such ARPG that I have played (Metalhearts, Restriected Area) were hot trash. Hope the game has an offline mode.
