Ah Yeah… Unfortunately, they nerfed phys resist very hard on patch 1.2.1.2 :disappointed_relieved:

(after digging into what changed that is relevant) Are the Seal of Mights still useful without the phys resist, or should I be looking at Seal of Blights or something? And is there anything else I missed that I should be swapping?

You can (and should) change the seals, since they don’t provide phys resist anymore.

But i would use vitriolic gallstones instead
