I have two version of devotions
Offensive One I have rhowan’s crown so i dont need raging tempest
Defensive One
What do you think?

It is a mixture of offense and defense you posted but added Widow. You seriously!! need widow (raging tempest you already have in this skill setup and is more powerful than rhowan’s especially with + skills)on any lightining build if you want to deal decent damage in ultimate. You get to keep the core benefits of Tree of Life too with this setup and I tried my best to add Widow and keep tree of life. If you drop tree of life it will be easier to set up different things should you change your mind.
On skills. I advise taking points out of Frozen Core as many as you can. End game that % damage is at most a 10% total increase. I’s put points in some survival skills like wendingo Totem

Note: by using the eastern pledge set (very easy to find) and some random legendaries I managed to get ridiculous amounts of trozans sky shard and star pact +skills so I only need 9/16 TSS and 8/12 SP in the end. Put all those points in elemental balance.
Edit: look only craftable legendaries, I didn’t realise until this post.

Gonna try that out, but the problem is i always get bored after 55-60
Well get to ultimate and you will have a challenge to keep you on your toes 
I find that I have to make the game artificially harder to stay entertained. That’s why my build skipped OFF, makes things too easy. Something like this may work for you too.
And going with Blind Sage in devotion is another one. Try new, not exactly optimal things.
