Catalan translation

I belong to Projecte ‘Ce Trencada’ ( https://twitter.com/PrCeTrencada ), a catalan translation team who wants to translate the game and DLCs to catalan. Can you please explain us which are the main steps to start the process and where we can find the resources, please?
