Cavalry Stable has meaningless area of affect circle

When placing or moving the Cavalry Stable, there appears a circle around it. Since no cavalry units shoot arrows (yet, and why not) and there is no desirability penalty, this circle seems meaningless. The description states that this building “also serves as a defensive structure” and yet, it does not fire arrows. The barracks only does when you have garrisoned archers. Are we expecting horse mounted archers any time soon? How about a desirability penalty. The stable where horses are raised has one. Wouldn’t the smell from the Cavalry Stable also bother nearby residents? How about a shelter type that houses residents who are already scripted to mount horses so they can be placed near the stables and also not have a desirability penalty since they are used to the smell. Housing assignments need major rework anyway. Gaining new residents when there isn’t enough housing can kick out established residents from their homes, including skilled workers, troops, and other expensive to equip people. That’s really a whole other issue and I had some ideas that I will post separately.
