So, I’ve heard it said that the chest containing the item required to summon the super-boss Callagadra has many spawn points littered throughout the FG zones, and since the World Map on Grimtools has yet to be updated with the new areas, I thought it might be a fun exercise to compile a list of places we’ve found this elusive orange Chest so far.
Personally, I found mine behind a house on the western-most end of the Temple City of Osyr. I didn’t think to screenshot it at the time, because I thought Celestial Essence was just a new reagent. Imagine my surprise when my Blademaster finds an altar I think will lead me to a nifty little secret area, only to promptly and completely get shit-stomped by a random Superboss (so early on in the expansion no less!)
On a somewhat related note, does anyone know the mechanics behind the summoning? If you log out and back in, will the boss be gone? Will you have to find another Essence, can you just resummon the boss anytime, or does he stay out in the zone, poised and ready to kick the ass of a character that can’t handle him?
The chest that drops the Celestial Essence has the name “Korvan Secrets”.

I read a thread regarding the boss on the GD subreddit, and the person said he found his next to the quest objective in the Sunbathed Oasis (the quest the Inventor in the Conclave sends you on that enables him to Transmute Set items).
Is kuba in shards proper kuba or the discount crucible ones? seeing two kuba split into 8 and spread healing pools over the entire screen is a rather concerning thought. Not to mention gravathul’s ball of lol death
Pretty sure I found one at the Altar of Horran right next to the very first riftgate of the new area. I know I didn’t think anything of it and wasted it at that smith which will turn it into a celestial lotus. Was annoyed at myself when I realized it could have been used to commit suicide by super boss.
Edit: MatMB, excellent choices on character names. Easily my favorite series of books I’ve ever read. You could use a Beak and/or Rake though.
I have also found the one mentioned in the temple city of Osyr, apart from finding another one in valley of the chosen, as if the chest were a nemesis, with several areas of spwan. although I’m not sure at all about that last.
