I first made this build years ago, right after Forgotten Gods’ launch, when the Bysmiel Trinkets setfirst got added into the game.
Back then, it was the first build I made that could do all content. As you will see in the videos, not much has changed.
When I first set eyes on the Eyes of Mogdrogen’s Chosen helm I knew it would be useful in this build; +1 to all skills + an extra pet + RR?! This thing is pretty good. I just killed mog with the old build and, as soon as is head dropped on the floor, I picked up and equiped it.
Other things were changed around since the first version of this build (more than 6 years ago!). I believe I became a better “builder” over the years, so this is probably the best version (for now) I can come up with.

Grimtools link:
You can easily skip the ascended bonuses - as I said before, the build is capable of doing everything even without them.

Videos:
Reggarding the videos linked here, the first one was made right after FoA’s launch, no ascended bonuses equiped, etc - the build is pretty capable even without them. With them, it will do uber bosses easily (check Uber N’erfatal kill [more uber kills will be added as soon as I get the time to record and upload them]). As you can see, all gameplay was done in Hardcore Mode; obviously everything that works over here will do the same in Softcore.
Celestial kills (no ascended affixes used):
Uber N’erfatal kill (3m18s) (min-maxed with all ascended affixes):

Levelling:
This build is pretty easy to level; this is the case for most pet builds, really.
Levelling with pets is pretty fluid, you can easily change things along the way so don’t take this small session as law. Sometimes a good drop will change everything levelling-wise.
Start by maxing out Summon Familiar and Hellhound, picking up debuffs like Curse of Frailty and buffs like Blood of Dreeg and Bonds of Bysmiel. Also pickup stuff from Shaman, of course. Don’t spend attribute points as soon as you get them, since they can (and will) be useful helping you equip items. Prioritize items that have the “Bonus to all pets:” stat on them.
I guess this is it for now, if you want more details on the levelling aspects of pet builds in general, I believe @Maya’s guides are the best. Kudos to every creator that do levelling builds and guides; I sure appreciate their efforts - people normally don’t get how much work goes into making guides, even more levelling ones.
As for the Devotion order:
+1 Crossroads Order
+3 Lion
+4 Panther
+3 Hound
+4 Stag
+1 Crossroads Chaos
+4 Viper
+1 Crossroads Ascendant
+5 Shepherd’s Crook
+6 Typhos
+1 Crossroads Eldritch
+4 Raven
+6 Staff of Rattosh
+5 Bysmiel’s Bonds
-1 Crossroads Ascendant
-1 Crossroads Eldritch
-1 Crossroads Chaos
+6 Ishtak
+3 Rhowan Crown
+1 Crossroads Primordial
Ps: Some of you may have noticed that, for some reason, Elemental Storm wasn’t linked to any skills during the recordings of the fights in the compilation video. That said, the video shows how well the build does against these bosses, even without that proc in particular; you can deduce the build is even stronger with it.

Ps.: Even tho I’m on YouTube for more than a decade (and I don’t really use the forums that much), I have never posted a detailed guide here. This is basically my “first” one; I plan on bringing all my builds here (post-FoA I mean, since bringing all my builds from over the years would be so much work [updating, min-maxing, etc]). So, if you don’t want to wait, you can check my youtube channel.
