Celestial skill % weapon procs - Do they trigger ADCtH?

If I have 3% ADCtH from the Bat constellation and 15% main hand damage from Twin Fangs (the bat constellation celestial skill), would my character receive 3% * 15% main hand damage as ADCtH? What about for Falcon Swoop, for example?

I haven’t found an answer to this question anywhere. And yet, it would be really helpful to know that answer.

Thank you in advance!

This includes things such as life steal, bonus magical damage and chance on attack item skills.

I actually always wondered about that part also. Let’s take the twin fangs, and 3% health drain bat node offers.

Does it mean that they’ll do 0,45% (15% from 3%) of measly 15% main hand damage to health?
What about something like Sacred Strike with two weapons? Will it do a 10,5% + 10,5% (350% from 3%) of 350% + 350% main/off hand damage to health?

Please, if anyone knows, I’ll be much grateful for clear answer.

I’m not sure but I think lifesteal will cap itself at 100%, below 100% weapon damage it probably becomes reduced.

%wpn skill will always leech regardless of source - Devotions, item procs, skills.

The leech will always get reducedwhen %wpn skill is under 100%, but it will never be increased above 100.

The bat 3% will give you 0.45% on hitting with Twin Fangs. However, Twin Fangs has its own 45% ADctH attached to the ability, which will work at full value.

The 3% ADctH you get from Bat will also work on all other sources of %wpn dmg you might have.

Thank you for the replies.

It’s helpful to know that, for example, Revenant with its 9% ADCtH, will play nice with devotion procs that have % weapon damage.
