This is a fair point and I’m not sure. I don’t know how one goes about proccing devotions and I’ve kind of like stacking an ability over a channel (but that’s been since fangs I guess)
well, if it’s just for devos, you have movement rune or even cold snap since you took raven
But if devas is a major part of the build seems like perhaps boosting it with Onslaught might then also be useful concept wise atleast, (ex black scorch helmet)
*i didn’t take Devas on my own since my brain borked and forgot something crucial about AAR, so i just ended up regular black scorch Evoker, while points then feeling already strapped even before chasing conversion items or cross modifiers
But i did done do take Devas on AAR in the past, it just often felt “meh” if just converted and no added omph (big CD etc), not sure if that notion has changed tho, but in that case here it then still has no modifiers, but if nothing else AAR onslaught stacks modifier might atleast boost it a little if Devas is worth.
aeh, can’t say for certain “number crunching wise”, i think it might be, since it acts like a multiplier on other multipliers instead of just additive dmg
/you see a lot of meta builds take a bunch of racial elsewhere too (without the benefit of regular %dmg like sanctified bone component)
Appreciate your input; looking at the ‘numbers’ devastation realistically wasn’t doing as much as I thought it might and is simply an extra button to layer a single tick of AAR (before it crits and flat damage buffs - whoops).
Copied your pants and belt, swapped to Blade of the Black flame and took aurora - will have to rely on potion for damage reduction (seen everyone’s thoughts on potion/aurora haha in OP things)
