Chaos Harbinger Doombolt build help

I’ve been trying to figure out items for a Chaos Harbinger Doombolt build because of the changes yesterday but nothing is really coming together.

Been looking at the grim tools for a while and I can’t seem to find items with CDR% that don’t change the damage conversion…

Does anyone know of a way to make use of the harbinger set changes?

not really going to be able to get alot of CDR as you can’t use an offhand…

You really only get the 8% from weapon and 4-7% from amulet.

Harbinger set isn’t meant for CDR, it’s for huge damage nuke.

If you want CDR then you need to go Dual Wield Bloodsworn Repeaters with Covenant of The Three helmet and Mythical Riftwarped Grasp

Ahh okay! I thought maybe I could have CDR and the harbinger somehow hehe. But I’d definitely want to stick with the nukiness of the harbinger and blow up stuff!
