Looks good. It has good offense and defense. Chaos TSS finally viable 
Lagoth´Ak´s medal is also viable for even more onslaught stacks. Just move then points from voracity to werewolf.
So I tried the build. It is good for SR 36-37 but nothing special. It can kill Rava. Did not try Calla but with hit and run I presume she would be doable. It is squishier and damage could be better. But at least it works.
I would suggest removing the - % TDM on the conduit for TSS and also not adding more target area so that it covers too much of a wide area. It then deals not that much damage even with 6 onslaught stacks.
